Discusses how Brazil has been a battleground where proposals for platform responsibility have been advanced and disputed, looking at developments since the passage of the Marco Civil da Internet and how actors are exploring other avenues (e.g.consumer protection and electoral law) in the absence of new regulation, up to the blocking of X in 2024.
